Completed-shift pricing policy
Approved offer dated 7 October 2026. New completed-shift billing is being introduced; availability, account activation and accepted terms are confirmed before bookings under this offer. Existing agreements retain their accepted terms.
You choose the driver rate
The employer sets the rate and pays the driver directly. Drivano charges separately for facilitation. Our fee is independent of driver remuneration and hours, with no percentage deduction from the driver.
Pay as you go
£24 per completed driver-shift before automatic monthly volume discounts. No monthly minimum; zero completions means £0. Invoice monthly in arrears, with payment due seven days after the invoice date. Discounts use completed bookings in that same agreed billing month.
An unfilled shift, no-show or cancellation before work starts has no completed-shift fee. Partial or disputed completion is held pending resolution. One driver completing one agreed shift is one unit; a substitution within that assignment does not itself create another charge. Any driver cancellation payment under the shift contract is separate.

Subscriptions are optional monthly commitments, paid in advance and due even with no use. Unused allowances do not roll over. Choose your plan before the period begins; cancellation or plan changes apply to the next period under your accepted account terms. Both routes include the same core facilitation, with no routine Booking Assist surcharge. No automatic subscription enrolment.
How the exact monthly fee is calculated
For 0–200 completed shifts, PAYG is the lowest of:
- £24 × completed shifts;
- £440.00 plus £24 for each completion beyond 20.
- £605.00 plus £24 for each completion beyond 40.
- £825.00 plus £24 for each completion beyond 80.
- £1,760.00 plus £24 for each completion beyond 200.
For subscribers, add only the amount by which that PAYG total exceeds the corresponding PAYG cap to the monthly subscription. This extra amount is billed in arrears; the advance subscription is not charged twice. More than 200 monthly completions requires separately agreed terms.
Examples: PAYG 10 completions £240; 20 £440; 21 £464; 50–80 £825; 119–200 £1,760. Starter at 21 completions totals £423; Core at 80 totals £769. Caps create flat stretches; crossing an allowance does not automatically charge the full next package.
Completion evidence and period boundaries
Completion requires approved timesheet or equivalent work evidence. Posting or acceptance alone does not trigger a charge. The agreed billing period and timezone are shown in account terms. A shift spanning a boundary belongs to the period of completion. Late-resolved records retain that attribution and are reconciled without duplicate billing.
VAT, existing agreements and price changes
All figures exclude VAT where applicable. Driver remuneration is separate. This schedule is the current offer, not a lifetime-price guarantee. Any future price change will be communicated under the applicable account terms and will not retrospectively reprice an accepted billing period. The former £59 publication-fee route remains retired for new sales and is separate from this offer.
